Yes. BBC Refrigeration accepts fridge and freezer repair enquiries, aircon repairs and servicing, and aircon installation enquiries. Cold-room and truck refrigeration support are also offered. Send your equipment type, symptoms and suburb so the scope can be confirmed.
Which areas do you cover?
Our service areas are Johannesburg and Pretoria, including enquiries from Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, Centurion and Pretoria East. We are based at 13 Quintus Van Der Walt Dr, Norkem Park. Your exact address and the required service are checked before a visit is arranged.
What is the call-out fee?
The stated repair call-out and initial assessment fee is R250. The applicable fee, scope and availability are confirmed before dispatch, particularly for commercial equipment or vehicle refrigeration. Repairs and replacement parts are quoted separately after assessment.
Can you help if my fridge is running but not getting cold?
Yes. Tell us whether both compartments are affected, whether the fridge is making unusual noises, and when the problem started. Cooling faults can have different causes, so the equipment must be checked before a repair is recommended.
Do you repair freezers that are thawing or over-freezing?
We accept enquiries for freezers and fridge-freezers that are not holding temperature, developing unusual ice build-up or behaving differently from normal. Send the make, model and a description of the symptoms.
Do you install and service air conditioners?
Yes. We handle aircon repair, routine servicing and installation enquiries for homes and businesses. Installation quotes depend on the room, unit and site requirements. Servicing and any additional repair work are scoped and priced before approval.
Do you work on cold rooms and truck refrigeration?
Yes. Cold-room repairs and maintenance and truck refrigeration enquiries are part of our commercial services. Share your site or vehicle location, unit details, current symptoms and access arrangements so the job can be assessed and availability confirmed.

Will I receive a written quote, invoice and warranty details?
The agreed scope and pricing are documented. Any applicable parts or workmanship warranty should state its duration, coverage and exclusions in writing before approval. Keep your quote, invoice and service records. Manufacturer cover is separate and depends on the equipment and its terms.
